Wow - thank you so so much far all your down to earth advice and support - you have no idea how better - or relieved- you have all made me feel - I will talk to my breast nurse re procedure - and surprisingly my son has jumped in and said we will do this together - though I am loath to burden him with anything he said it is a way he can feel useful and he is protective of me - I am feeling so humbled -thank you again for the warm helpful responses to my rant xx
