Triple neg now red skin

i don’t have any temp and I haven’t had any surgery yet (doing chemo first). They put a breast marker clip on the tumour so that they could locate where it was if I’m lucky enough for it to disappear during the chemo.
Its not hot it’s just like a red patch right over where the tumour is ?
weird isn’t it. I’ll take a pic when I get home
