If you don't really want to take more drugs, try the subliminal CDs or MP3 thingos from Quiet Earth. The sleeping one does work ! My friend is using one to help her keep on track with losing weight and I think it must be helping her as she has lost a few kilos. Quiet Earth are located somewhere in central Vic but you can order on their website. Beautiful music.
