My goodness your beautiful replies have exceeded any expectations i may have had. Not that I really had any. I appreciate your suggestions and will definitely be using them all. I have titled my notebook dedicated to appt info "Abreast" but see the value in recording appts and taking people with me. My husband will be away for work for my next appt. Mri, bloods and bone test then my mother-in-law will accompany me to the big appt 2nd December. I feel a little better knowing the process has started. It's weird I don't feel any different and my self dialogue is a constant fk I've got breast cancer. It doesn't feel really yet. Thank you for sharing your personal experiences.....this is incredibly helpful to me and I'm humbled by your kindness.
