@cactusk, so happy you don’t need to have chemo. My results came back that chemo would only give me a 3% improvement, but radiation was 90%. Talk about “phew” lol. I wish I was only doing 15 sessions, I would be half way through by now.
I don’t know if they mentioned holding your breath during treatment or not, I can go 50 seconds now, could barely do 25-30 when I first started practicing. Ask about it at your mapping.
Time is weird at the moment, diagnosis seems so long ago, other days, seems like yesterday. Good luck with your treatment. Hope you get some relief with the menopause clinic. I’ve found the low dosage anxiety medication has helped me. Hasn’t helped with the hot feeling on my chest and side though from treatment.
