Stage 3 Locally Advanced Breast Cancer in Lymph Nodes only

Hello, wondering if there is anyone else on the same path as me.  BC only in lymph nodes around collarbone and surgeon not able to operate.  Treatment started in June last year = Anastrozole + abemiciclib (targeted treatment).  I'm told stage 3 and locally advanced and I'm uncertain of future treatments ie. abemiciclib will only work for 2 years.  This is my 2nd time as 1st had BC 19 years ago.

    Bad luck on the recurrence @julie owen ... I've taken anastrozole but not abemiciclib ... I am sure someone will jump on soon with their experiences.
