Aaah @Mic80...we will be with you in spirit today as you go to your meeting. Hopefully you'll have someone with you for an extra set of ears. Take a notebook and make sure that the questions you ask are answered. Remember, for them, this is their "bread and butter". You are just the next one on their conveyor belt of misery.
