Hi @Hopes_and_Dreams, we were diagnosed around the same time. Glad to hear you are doing well. When I saw my Oncologist last year she said I will probably come off Letrozole this March as it will be 8 years & it is long enough. It will be interesting to see if I feel any different, hopefully better, not worse!
