Moogoo Udder cream is fantastic. 3 x a day. Don't forget behind your shoulders and under your arms. Ask the tech to smother it on after each sesh. (The areas you can't reach) I have had no serious side effects other than like a slight minor sunburn (pink skin) which started after my treatment finished. Btw I didn't fully rub the cream in.
