Thank you you so much for all the advice. I hope I didn’t come across as feeling sorry for myself...I’m not....just confused I think. I have asked my gp about counselling and she’s on to it for me. You all had great points and @AllyJay I feel very reassured after hearing about your experiences as you’ve got similar problems. Once again thank you all, I will try to breathe....and stop reading for a while!! Hugs 🤗
