Hi I am Shann and newly diagnosed on the 6th September and waiting for results from a core biopsy.

Hi all back again.
Been going back and forth to the hospital and they take me on and off the pico pumps as the ooze keeps burning my skin. Now they have given me to a different wound specialist who has taken them off because ..... they don't suit me like statistics say (and I haven't been saying this at all). So now just putting on a gel with two pads and some hospital underpants so they stay on, wash it every second day in the shower and reapply ...... see you in a week.
So I am still not happy but I did investigate an avenue and with a specialists in infectious diseases (i don't have an infection so they tell me) he is also a microbioligist and have an appointment today. So let see if paying $200 to see a private person helps at all. Will let you all know how it goes, if you want to know that is. Thanks for the vent. xxx
