I would suggest asking you radiation clinic about Mepitel film (or similar) - some places have it, some don't, some don't offer it unless asked. I used it during the week and Moo Goo on the weekend. I ended up with a red patch on the side about 3 weeks after the treatment ended - went braless most of the time and just wore a soft Ah Bra knockoff (check Kmart) with a bit of soft padding on the area when I needed to.
