What a story you have @SilentAngelsTears. You are very resilient to have gone through what you have so far so you will get through this. You have the right attitude I think.
All the ladies who commented above have given good advice. My only suggestions are have a look at chemo tips. There are various discussions on it. Also some walking helps get through all this as does some counselling if you need it along the way.
My strongest advice however is put yourself first no matter what. This is your cancer story and to get through it you must put yourself above everyone else.
