every hospital is different .
mine didn’t supply drain holders or a pillow, others do.
also some plastic surgeons believe in compression garments and others don’t ( mine didn’t)
do you have a breast care. Ruse you can check this with ?
I found a wedge pillow good when I got home to sleep on my back - I bought it on Amazon.
