Just diagnosed but cannot even contact a surgeon until 9th January. Stress levels high.

I received by biopsy results on Christmas Eve, stage 2 invasive ductal carcinoma. GREAT! I was given a referral which was marked urgent and sent to the surgeon and told to call them on 28th December....

So glad you have got into surgery early - you've already had to wait such a long time to see your surgeon!  Sounds like you have a wonderful doctor too.  Wishing you all the best for Thursday - one step closer to being cancer free!  Let us know how you are when you can, you will be taking all our positive thoughts with you.
