Not over the top at all. Not even a little bit. The only person that you should ever feel concerned is judging your for anything, is yourself. So if you’re ok with it, then do it. I actually think it’s a great idea, because writing things down helps release them, so it’s good for you too. Good on you 👌🏻😊♥️.
