Thanks @Tri - yoga would be lovely, i think - I'll give it a shot. I'm trying to get out for a walk each day - helps for a little bit but then the aches set back in. I might try shifting when I take my Letrazole - currently taking it in the morning - can't hurt to try right :smile: ?
