Hi everyone. Thanks for your thoughts and support. I had a lovely time with my family. Im relaxing at home alone watching Christmas movies. My first time alone and not having to do talk be on. im ok to feel whatever and see whst happens i strangely feel calm as there are no triggers to my emotions, i think. I've booked GP for Thursday too
