High Grade Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma
Ive just received results of my biopsy today. Of course went direct to Dr Google. Worst thing. I’m now sitting up in bed at 2.30am with no sleep feeling nauseous as the outlook seems very grim. Loads ...
I did not have your diagnosis either but the best advice I found at the time was to:
- stay away from Dr Google
- take tings one step at a time
- do not look too far ahead as some issues and treatments may not be relevant to you anyway
- trust in your medical team - if not, seek an alternative medical team
- don't spend time on computers etc at night - use the time to sleep
