Welcome. I had the same ops on November 2015 followed by 4 doses of chemo during 2016 and then I was put on hormone therapy which I am still on. Check ups every six months for 5 years. I did not require radiation. Just keep an eye on your nodeless arm during chemo. If it starts to swell at all, get oncology to get a physio to see you. I had to wear a compression sleeve and odd times even now I have to put one one for a while.
