My treatment was, 6 rounds of TCHP every 3 weeks, <90 % response to the chemo which helped shrink the lump. Then a lumpectomy, then 15 fractions of radiation followed by some TDM1 infusions (Herceptin and chemo together due to not getting a complete pathological response) to take it to a year of infusions.
