F/G cup post surgery bras?

As no-one told me any differently, I continued to wear my 16EE bra (underwire) for 12 months after my mastectomy, until I got my prosthesis. Obviously there was zilch friction with my scar, or I would not have done so. My prosthesis pocket bra has no underwire, is excellent in terms of support and comfortable. Probably best to switch but just saying.....☺️
