Feeling overwhelmed
Hi everyone, I have just been diagnosed 3 days ago. I am so overwhelmed, I feel sick with worry! I have not seen surgeon or oncologist yet (waiting) . My mind keeps going to dark places ... I can't ...

Thank you for you advice. My sister has been coming with me as as soon as I heard the word cancer I couldn't focus on anything else . I just can't wait to have a plan , im hoping that settles my anxiety!
