Your Mum is amazing, 99, how wonderful. My Mum passed at 95, before she got the prized telegram from the Queen.
Just take things one step at a time. Keep a list beside you and as things pop into your head write them down - no question is too small or too silly. Don't leave any appointment until you have received answers.
Life is tough but us women do manage to get through it all.
