Thanks for getting back to me. I'm hoping you're managing this hairy, wild ride and that things are going as well as they can for you. I can certainly relate to "never thought I'd be doing this. So, you're 2 weeks into chemo now...Thinking of you.
I had lumpectomy in '23 invasive, left side and now the right side's decided to join the dance and they'll both be gone on the 1st of April. I'm trying all the tricks recommended to stay on top of things and managing pretty well, this side of it all. Usually pretty active so that'll be tricky for a while.
Feel lucky to have the team I know around me here in Townsville, they truly have been amazing - couldn't imagine going through it all in a 3rd World country, it'd be such a nightmare. Also happy to chat anytime, share tips, or just vent.
