I am so sorry that you have to join our club but welcome anyway @ellendorf . You are feeling exactly as we have all felt as we approach mastectomy. We mourn the loss of the breast who has let us down but we are also glad to say goodbye to the beast within. The tears come and go at the silliest of moments, don't they ?
