Doesn't give anybody the right to be gung-ho, mouth-flapping, down right obnoxiously tactless and rude. If anyone is that insensitive tell them that at least you can do something about the condition (lack of hair, weight, etc etc) they unfortunately have no hope in hell of having a personality transplant!!! (@#$%@%^!'s) - sorry if I put down the words I actually think of these people I would be banned!
