@tisme - when you advised your team of the lump, did they do a mammogram and/or ultrasound to check it out, or a biopsy? I would imagine that would be 'standard procedure' first up ..... if they didn't - maybe contact your local cancer centre or GP (or even the Cancer Council) and get that sorted first. Best to do it before the weekend - as you'll be more worried over the weekend. :(
