i know how u feel , i had breast cancer 2 years ago , there is just me and my autistic daughter now I have found a lump docs say is scar tissue but I wonder and worry . Ive never felt so alone in my life. , I get angry when I think about it , ive helped so many in my life ( Im 61 ) now I need help ,. Im alone
