Tamoxifen after a double mastectomy
I have had a mastectomy, chemo and another mastectomy is planned this year, was on Tamoxifen but suffered enormously from its side effects so currently taking a break and seriously considering staying...
@Barks34 from what I know (and I’m not an expert!) if you struggled that much with tamoxifen you should be offered another oestrogen blocker as iserbrown mentioned... there are several drug options now it’s not just one. Hope that helps :)
