📢 Webinar Sep 21: Precision cancer prevention for every community

As cancer research continues to evolve, there is growing interest in making cancer prevention and screening more personalised. This upcoming online session from the VCCC Alliance will explore how emerging approaches to cancer screening can better serve people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, helping ensure that advances in cancer prevention benefit everyone.

The webinar will examine cancer screening using polygenic risk scores (PRS) and discuss why diverse communities are often underrepresented in the research that informs these approaches. Speakers will share practical strategies for improving participation, reducing barriers to access, and creating cancer research and screening programs that are more inclusive and equitable.
