Anastrozole and teeth issues

I have been on anastrozole for about 1 1/2 year, every week I have had teeth issues, i iam going to go off anastrozole when I see my oncologist. Iam at triage at the free dental clinic as iam not on “the List”and the last time I was at the dentist I had a root canal but now iam on a waiting list to see a specialist dentist in Melbourne because they couldn’t finish my root canal as my roots in my tooth have shrunk and this week I have a crack in my tooth, it never ending. .My vitamin D is very very low and iam trying to my levels up, tablets are not working as I have a malabsorption problem from weight loss surgery. Has any one tried a drug that stops the teeth problems. The drug it great, just the teeth problems.
