Scar tissue

Hi everyone 

I feel I’m struggling with the internal scarring from my reduction on the left side as the right is the cancer side and it’s seems to be somewhat ok but! The other day I think I’ve damaged myself on the left side and probably massaged the scaring a little too hard and now has become a bit inflamed and a tiny bit sore like a bruise it is a little hard still too, I suppose the questions are will it settle down which doc should I speak too I am seeing my oncologist this week but he still scares me 😟 I’m feeling very anxious 😟
