return to work adjustment
My GP completed a return to work form for me for my workplace in November, which has resulted in my workplace adjusting my hours to the equivalent of 9 days over 10. This was for 6 months. Work now ...
It's up to you. I tried to have mine on days off but not always possible. I returned to work at half time initially.
My work were very supportive of my treatment so I felt an obligation to minimise any further impact on them and my work colleague's.
