return to work adjustment
My GP completed a return to work form for me for my workplace in November, which has resulted in my workplace adjusting my hours to the equivalent of 9 days over 10. This was for 6 months. Work now ...
I had to have one every 6 weeks and I think when I returned to work. I believe my Dr couldn't write one for any longer.
However I can't actually find that under AMA guidelines.
