Painful mammogram and now recall for suspicious lump

Oh yes we get it. However feeling it won't diagnose it on its own anyway...so hands off. It will just make the ultrasound more uncomfortable. It moves as thats the nature of breasts and so it's much more difficult than other regions to tell if tethered or moveable.
