You need to be referred to an onco-gynacologist who have specialist knowledge of gynae cancer and risks. Your breast surgeon or oncologist should have a referral pathway. Have you sought genetic counselling, this was helpful for myself due to family risk factors?
After counselling and testing I didn't end up having further surgery as my risks weren't particularly high and I was through menopause. They were extremely helpful in explaining my risks and it really helped my to feel less anxious as a bonus.
