Hi I had chemo then 2 surgeries then radiation for HER 2 and ER positive breast cancer. I went off the Letrozole after only 34 days as I was so sick. I couldn't move, function etc I have been off then for 2 weeks ( my oncologist said to have a break for 1 month) Then continue.
I am really scared to go back on, I had the worse side effects.
EG everyone on the list. Shame as only a third get bad effects,
usually a third of women have none, a third have symptoms but can tolerate, I dont want my cancer to come back but I cant have any quality of life on these tablets
You have been through a lot and then to have such bad side effects from the Letrozole!😪 I've been on it now for 5 weeks and have undergone surgery since and waiting for radiotherapy! So far I have been ok and trying not to read all the 'horror 'stories on-line! I wish you all the best with your treatment 🩷
