Leaving this Forum
Absolutely disgusted that even the most simple and even appropriate comments and support of others are being censored and removed by a particular moderator. So I too will be leaving the BCNA forum. To all my fellow BC fighters, survivors and my metastatic comrades. I wish you all the best with your fight. May you hang tough, get through this and feel cared for, heard and supported. God bless (whoops I mentioned God) this post will be removed.

This is the post that I put up, after I settled down from what felt like nitpicking at the time,
https://onlinenetwork.bcna.org.au/discussion/19262/todays-lesson#latest
Hope it gives you a better understanding and I shouldn't have gone off my nut - iserbrownMember@Aggie
I can see my upset with you has caused others to comment. It's behind us now!
Please everyone give Aggie a break. It was a raw nerve that triggered my reaction
Hope you are travelling okay with treatment
Take care
@romla thank you for the support - RomlaMember@Rose18 @iserbrown has dealt with this matter to her satisfaction. For the health of the blog it is time to move on.
- AnonymousNot applicable@Aggie I will now be checking the grammatical accuracy of your posts. This will include highlighting any inaccuracies. I have an editing symbols sheet which will come in very handy. Picking on the spelling of people on a cancer support site is pretty low.

Thank you but as you can see in my other post I realised that I reacted badly to what @Aggie had said
At times we all have a trigger point that sets us off and that was one - BlackWidowMemberThe above conversation upsets me greatly and I can only imagine how @iserbrown is feeling. This is a good example of how conversations can get out of hand and can really affect ladies. If you cannot comment favourably @Aggie then perhaps you should say nothing ? Yes, we all see mis-spellings or whatever but most of us let it go knowing it is simply that. None of us think we are literary specialists. Maybe you do ? How about an apology and then get on with life to the best of our ability. Anne PS Thinking of you. @iserbrown
- iserbrownMember@Aggie - waiting for your apology - no doubt you will say it was a tongue in cheek comment and I should just suck it up!
Therein is a lesson in itself, you should be careful about how you address something on the forum - I don't know you personally and you don't know me however you shouldn't make assumptions
We are here to support each other!!
Note to self - go back to your time away from the forum - iserbrownMember@Aggie - how dare you! I do not drink! Yes I am offended by that comment
- RomlaMember@iserbrown post was a timely reminder about life on a blog.
Sometimes in messaging I have inadvertently used the verb affect when I should have used the noun effect too .
Selection of words is however very important in order for the message to not be misconstrued .
