@sandramj I couldn't agree more. So far I have found it impossible to do. No booze, minimal sugar, strength exercise 2-3 times a week, cardio on the other days, stress relief (yoga, tai chi), meditation. All while managing a large family with my partner away for part or most of the week. I should also be working part-time. And maintaining friendships. All while on an AI with considerable side effects. And every failure to do any of this creates guilt. Impossible! BC is a comprehensive mind f**k.
