You know you're on chemo when...
Hi everyone,
I thought I'd start a thread to try and find the funny side of chemo, as I truly feel as though I've had my funny bone removed. Usually my sense of humour is what defines me and gets me through the hard parts of life. I don't know how you all feel but I've struggled to find myself in the last 6 weeks since my journey began, and now as I approach my 2nd chemo treatment, I could do with a boost by people who are travelling a similar road to mine.
So I'll start off, and I hope you can share your funny experiences with me....
You know you're on chemo when... you do your hair with a lint remover.

You know you are on chemo when you run to find the themometre when you get a really bad hot flush.
You know your on Chemo when the nurse hands you a nappy because you cant control your toileting habits :(
And at last you have something in common with your Gen Y daughters. Really Mum!!! At your age!!!!!
