Hi @KatyJoy, thought I would touch base with you today as you made mention that you were feeling a bit teary (sorry for yourself - don't ever need to explain that) and your family were not able to go on the family holiday that was starting today.
I too am taking hormone treatment - everolimus and exemestane - and the list of "possible side effects" sometimes puts you in 2 minds about weighing up the risks.
I previously took tamoxifen for several years and the side effects were bearable. At times I felt as though I was constantly "pre-menstrual" with some wild mood swings but the hot flushes were the worst.
Thinking of you and you have every right to be feeling a bit (or a lot) depressed - not need to ever apologise for that.
