What's normal?

Hi Ali,  I hope your oncologist was able to answer your questions about the jabbing pain. I had neoadjuvant chemolastyear for node positive left breast cancer.  I do remember getting jabby type pains in my breast at times, probably from about the 3rd cycle. When I discussed it with my oncologist, it was suggested that it was a good sign, that the chemo was doing it's thing. My tumour was never palpable,  so I never felt any change, but I have another friend diagnosed shortly after me, who never felt any change to her lump, in fact thought it may have been bigger. At surgery, she'd had a complete response.
