Dear Shakalker. Im late to this post as usual I! But OMG! Hope some relief has come to you.
Is it not a radiation burn? I dont know the treatment for these specific burns.Burns are not usually treated with creams. Hope you’ve been able to get the right help. Thanks for posting the graphic.
The sloughing of dead tissue needs to be cleaned and dressed to allow for new tissue to grow.
Its a basic routine for burns.. Hope you’ve found the best care.. Someone experienced in Burns.
