There are a lot of big muscles in your legs and long bones where new white blood cells get made. Add to that the major arteries and circulation and you really need to look after your legs.
Mine felt like tree trunks when I started my walk this morning. I really didn't want to do it but plodded on and by the time I got home my legs were feeling great! Just the rest of me was worn out so back to bed for a few hours sleep.
