Brenda what on earth are you doing awake at 00:28 am? I would have thought the daily dog walks would help you sleep at night ?? The dexamethasone used to keep me awake for days on end till doc gave me sleeping pills. Like you I found toothpaste burned my mouth. I bought Biotene toothpaste from chemist & it worked a treat, helps with that awful dry mouth as well. Expensive but lasted till chemo was done. Think I spent whole 5 months of chemo living on milk, custard, bread & creamed rice, easy on the stomach. Needless to say I am now trying to lose the weight gained from steroids + carbs! Hang in there Brenda, chemo is hard work but it does come to an end. Thinking of you, Trace??
