Like everyone above, I still feel tight across the chest 2 years later - but I find if I massage briefly with Essentials Vitamin E cream, it goes away. This doesn't work with other creams I have tried, or with Bio Oil - so it seems this is the right cream for me. I have used it non-stop since radiation 18 months ago. Good luck - Michelle xxx
