I don't want to alarm anyone on the lymphedema, its only in my forearm near the elbow and after a couple of weeks waiting for the sleeve to arrive I have managed to massage it down out of my arm all but 2mm left of the swelling so this is more a prevention thing to stop it coming back up again.
