Thursday, 25 th Feb. Yesterday was a pretty good day although long. I got dropped off by Les at 8.30am to my sis and she dropped me down later on to the GP Dr and blood test and picked me up aft...

your new sleeve looks uncomfortable, but you know you have to wear it to get better!
