THE TIME HAS COME

Hi all,

I have not put alot on since my last blog but have read all your other amazing life stories.

Well finally i start my treatment next thursday.

Monday first up have my heart checked, then speak to the chemo nurses and have a tour.

I have to have 6 blocks at 3 week intervals.

Really wanting to start as the waiting is the WORST, but it is going to be scary of the unknown.

Jody

I hope your chemo treatment runs smoothly and quickly. Just remember to take all your medication that is needed. As my oncologist advised, its better take them before any symptoms start, to give you a running lead. I had complications, but not to what some other pink ladies had.

Jump onto the blog of - what has helped me through this journey. We have all had some input into this, of all the things to help you with your chemo treatment.

I was scared of all the stories, in regards to side effects of chemo. But, you just have to remember, not every one is the same. And we all have different side effects, and depending on what chemo drug is used.

Just always talk to your oncologist and keep a diary note handy, of the things to talk about, while you are on your treatment.

Post away here, as I am sure some one can help with any questions you may have.

Sending you good vibes, and good luck for Thursday. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed.
